Say goodbye to exhausted

and hello to expansive

In the work of social change, urgency can be relentless. Even in progressive spaces, it’s easy to push harder, strive more, and measure your worth by exhaustion.

But deep down, you know it’s not sustainable.

What you long for is resilience, creativity, and joy. That tingly, expansive feeling when what you do—and how you do it—feeds your soul and serves the collective.

Soul-Aligned leadership for the collective good

The times are urgent, we must slow down.
— Báyò Akómoláfé

What if slowing down was not weakness, but wisdom?

What if listening differently allowed new ideas, allies, and strategies to surface? What if your leadership could be fueled by joy, grounded presence, and honest relationships that last?

When you think you’re going too slow, slow down.
— My Dad (to me at 18)

that’s where I come in

I’m jennifer england

i GET IT, because I’ve been there too

For over two decades I worked in the realm of social change—from frontline community work to government executive, academic, and entrepreneur.

I know the weight of returning home exhausted, wondering if anything I did that day made a difference.

I know what it’s like to face the enormity of suffering and oppression, and to push so hard I lost my own creativity and joy.

It wasn’t until I slowed down, began honoring my own vision, and listened to the soft body carrying it, that my leadership became truly generative.

What shifts when you work this way?

YOU BEGIN TO….

  • Reignite your spark so you can show up fully for the people and causes you love.

  • Clarify your soul-call to feel lit up as you offer your deepest gifts and boldest ideas.

  • Find clarity and calm amidst urgency, so your decisions are wiser and more strategic.

  • Protect your energy and time, making space for soul-nourishing art, adventure, and rest.

  • Strengthen authentic, resilient relationships, so difference and conflict become pathways to integrity and connection.

  • Foster environments of play, joy, and creativity, recognizing these aren’t distractions from social change—they are its fuel.

When we slow down, we don’t lose momentum—we discover the possibility of moving differently, in ways that are more alive, relational, and sustainable.

If you’re at an edge or threshold, this is your invitation to step into soul-aligned leadership for the collective good.

If you’re navigating the tension between what your soul longs for and what the system demands, you don’t have to do it alone.

I design one-on-one programs that meet you where you are—typically three, six, or nine months—supporting you to reclaim energy, embody resilience, and lead change that is both wise and sustainable.
